Who we are

777 Pai (777pai.ai) is run by Regilis LLC, a company in the United States. Regilis LLC is responsible for your data.

What we keep

Your email address, and your password stored only as a secure hash (or your Google sign-in).

Your brand details, brand voice, products and services, the pictures and videos you upload or make here, your campaign drafts, the public details we read from your Google Business and YouTube links, and a record of your AI use (to keep within the monthly allowance).

Your free marketing reports: the links and details you entered, what we read from public sources for each report, the scores and the text.

Your AI marketing manager

If you use your AI marketing manager, we keep your conversations with it and what it remembers about your business (for example your preferences and rules). It uses them only to help your business: they are never shared with or used for any other business.

You can see, change and remove what it remembers at any time on its "What I remember" page. Your conversations are kept for as long as you have an account, and you can ask us to delete them.

Your manager is an AI, not a person. It cannot sign in for you or spend money: those always need your own button.

Talking with your manager (voice)

When you speak to your manager (the 🎤 button, holding it to talk, or voice mode), the sound of what you say is sent, while you speak, through our server to OpenAI, which turns it into text for us. If OpenAI does not answer, the same sound goes to Google Cloud Speech-to-Text (in the EU) instead. Only the moments you are speaking are sent, not the silence in between. We receive the text, the same as a typed message. We do not record or keep the sound of your voice. OpenAI does not use it to train its models and keeps it at most 30 days, only to check for abuse; Google processes it only to give us the text and does not keep it (we have not switched on Google's data logging).

Only if you switch it on in the chat settings (⚙️), and our speech service cannot be reached, your phone's or browser's own speech service is used instead (Apple's for Safari, Google's for Chrome); then your browser, not us, sends the sound to Apple or Google.

Voice mode listens only while it is switched on and the chat is open on your screen. While your manager is speaking it keeps listening, so you can interrupt; your manager's own voice is ignored. It keeps your screen from locking while it is on. It switches itself off when you leave the app, switch to another app or tab, or lock your phone, after 5 minutes with nothing said, or when you tap it off. It never listens in the background.

When your replies are read aloud (in voice mode, or when "Read replies aloud" is on), your manager's replies are read in the voice you chose. We send the reply text (never your voice) to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech, which sends back the sound; we do not keep it. Without it, your browser's own voice reads them.

While 777 Pai is being tested, we keep a record of each voice and chat session of every tester for 14 days, to find and fix problems: when listening started and stopped, when a message was sent and answered, which speech service answered, errors and timings. The first time, a line on your screen asks you: "This session saves your words for 14 days to improve 777 Pai." with an OK button. Once you tap OK (we record when), the record also contains the text of what was heard and said. Before that it contains no words. It never contains the sound of your voice. Everything is deleted after 14 days.

Whether voice mode and "Read replies aloud" are on is remembered for your account or this device, so they stay as you left them.

Your cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive)

When you link your Dropbox or Google Drive, 777 Pai can only read from it: it never adds, changes, moves or deletes anything there. With Dropbox, we read the photos and videos in the one folder you choose (new ones too). With Google Drive, we can read only the files you pick in Google's own picker.

We copy into 777 Pai only the photos and videos you add to your Creative Hub. We keep your access encrypted, and we delete it as soon as you unlink, or if you remove 777 Pai's access in Dropbox or your Google Account.

Public information we read for your free report

For a free marketing report we read only public information from the links you give: your website (respecting its robots.txt), its speed on phones through Google PageSpeed Insights, your Google listing through Google Places, and the public numbers of an Instagram business or creator profile through Meta's official Business Discovery API. We never sign in to your accounts.

Data from ad accounts you connect (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok)

When you connect an ad account, we receive from the platform: an access token for the account, the names and IDs of the ad accounts you allow us to use, their currency and time zone, the campaigns, ad sets and ads made through 777 Pai and their settings and status, and their results (for example spend, impressions, clicks, and messages started).

We also keep the results you enter yourself, such as WhatsApp chats, qualified enquiries and confirmed orders, and a technical record of each request we make to the ad platform and whether it worked.

We use this data only to create, launch and report the ads that you, the owner, approve: to make paused campaign drafts, apply the budgets and changes you approve, keep within the spending limit set for your account, and show you what your ads cost and what they brought in.

We do not use it for anything else. We do not use it to advertise to you or to anyone, and we do not use it to train AI models.

We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone for their own use.

Your data is processed only by the service providers listed below, only to run 777 Pai for you, and the ad platform you connected receives the campaigns you approve.

Google user data

777 Pai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use data from Google APIs (Google sign-in, Google Drive files you pick, Google Ads, Google Business profile and YouTube details) only to provide the features you use in 777 Pai. We never use it to train AI models. People at 777 Pai do not read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires it.

Who at 777 Pai can see your account

The 777 Pai team (our administrator) can see and edit everything in your account: your brand details, brand voice, products and services, pictures and videos, campaign drafts, connected ad accounts and results, and your AI use.

We look at it to review your campaigns for approval, and we may make changes to help you. Every change we make is shown to you in your account. We cannot change your email address or password, and we never approve an ad to go live on your behalf.

Who helps us run 777 Pai

Anthropic (Claude) writes texts and checks pictures. Google (Gemini) makes and edits pictures. Google (Places and YouTube) gives us the public details of the Google Business profile and YouTube channel you link. Google PageSpeed Insights tests your website's speed. Google Cloud Text-to-Speech reads your AI manager's replies aloud. OpenAI, and Google Cloud Speech-to-Text when OpenAI does not answer, turn what you say to your AI manager into text. Meta gives us the public numbers of an Instagram business profile you link. Dropbox and Google Drive give us the photos and videos you choose from your own storage. Resend sends our emails. OpenStreetMap answers location searches. Render hosts the app and stores your data.

We may use an advertising management service to reach the ad platforms on your behalf. It receives only what is needed to create and report your campaigns, and is not allowed to use it for anything else.

Each provider receives only what its task needs, for example the photo you ask to edit.

Photos of people

Photos you upload are sent to Google only when you use "Edit with AI" or "Enhance my photos" on them, and to Anthropic for the automatic check of the result.

Please upload photos of people only with their permission.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account.

Access tokens for an ad account are deleted as soon as you disconnect it. Campaign results stay in your account for your reports until you delete them or your account.

When you ask for early access, we keep your name, email and business name to send you an invitation. We delete them automatically after 6 months, or sooner if you ask. If you create an account, your request is deleted and your account's own rules apply.

The technical record of requests to ad platforms is kept for 90 days.

Free marketing reports, and your AI marketing manager's conversations and memory, are kept while you have an account. Removing an item from "What I remember" deletes it.

Photos and videos used in one of your ads are kept for as long as you have an account. Pictures 777 Pai made for you, and copies from your cloud storage, that are not used in an ad are deleted after 30 days. The originals in your own cloud storage are never touched.

When your account is deleted, everything in it is removed from the app straight away and from our daily backups within 7 days.

Disconnecting and deleting your data

Disconnect an ad account in the app, or remove 777 Pai's access in the ad platform's own settings (Meta: Business Integrations; Google: your Google Account's third-party access; TikTok: your TikTok For Business account). We then stop all access and delete its access token.

Unlink your cloud storage on the Photo storage page (in the menu), or remove 777 Pai in Dropbox (Settings, Connected apps) or in your Google Account (third-party access). We then stop reading it and delete our access.

To delete your account and all its data, or only the data from a connected ad account, email support@777pai.ai from your account's email address. We do it within 7 days and confirm by email.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and short-lived ones (10 minutes) while you sign in with Google or link your cloud storage. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes and contact
