Who we are

777 Pai (777pai.ai) is run by Regilis LLC, a company in the United States. In these terms, "we" means Regilis LLC.

What 777 Pai does

777 Pai helps small businesses set up their brand, make ad pictures and texts, and prepare ad campaigns for Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google Ads and TikTok.

You approve every ad before it runs. Campaigns are always created paused, and nothing goes live and no money is spent until you approve it in the app.

Features may change, and the service may be paused or stopped.

Connecting your ad accounts

You can connect an ad account you own or are allowed to manage on Meta, Google Ads or TikTok. By connecting it, you allow 777 Pai to create paused campaign drafts, change budgets within the limits set in the app, pause or resume campaigns you have approved, and read their results.

Ad spend is billed to you by the ad platform, under your own agreement with it. Each platform's own advertising terms and policies also apply to your ads.

You can disconnect an ad account at any time in the app or in the ad platform's own settings.

Your photos, videos and words

You keep the rights to what you upload.

Only upload photos and videos you have the right to use. If people can be recognised in them, you must have their permission to use their image in ads.

Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything that breaks the advertising rules of Meta, Google or TikTok.

Acceptable use

You may use 777 Pai only for lawful advertising of your own business. You must not use it to make, upload, edit, publish or ask for:

non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): any nude, sexual or intimate image of a real person made or shared without their consent, including AI-made, edited or "deepfake" images;

sexual, nude, intimate or sexually suggestive images of anyone;

any sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18), in any form — never;

impersonation of a person, business or brand you do not represent, or any image that puts a real person's face or body into a picture they did not agree to;

harassment, bullying, hate, threats or violence against anyone;

illegal or deceptive ads: false or misleading claims, fake reviews or results, scams, or ads for illegal products or services;

anything that breaks the advertising policies of Meta, Google or TikTok.

You must have the consent of everyone who can be recognised in a photo or video you upload or edit, to use their image in your ads.

777 Pai refuses requests for such images and logs the refusal. If you break these rules, we may remove the content and suspend or close your account; where the law requires it, we report it.

AI-made pictures and texts

Starter pictures, "Edit with AI" results, ad texts and audience suggestions are made with AI.

AI-made pictures carry labels that say so, and ad platforms may show an "AI info" label on ads that use them.

AI-made pictures are not exclusive: other people may get the same or similar pictures.

AI can be wrong. Check every picture and text before you approve an ad: you are responsible for what your ads say.

Fair use

Each account has a monthly AI allowance. When it is used up, AI buttons stop until the next month.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
